chance to write about YOU!
Choose 3 Exercises as specified below:
One exercise must be from Group A =(Bend-and-lift Movement Screen-2), and
Two exercises of your choice from any “Group” (A, B=Biceps Curls Variations-2) , or
C=Squat Press-2. ) that you think you would realistically continue to practice. Be
sure to scroll down as there are between 4-17 exercises per category. ( I chose
them above already ).
