Using the chart on page 101 conduct a GAPS analysis. On the bottom half of the chart, In the perception category replace boss or direct report with Professor if you do not have a boss/job. In the Standards section replace boss expectations with EIU expectations (if you do not have a boss/job). Discuss with your peers why you think a GAPS analysis is important.
