Three ARTICLES SUMMARIZED
Description
STEP 1: Find ONE REVIEW article/chapter related to your specific research question: intervention of children in a multicultural setting.
You can search using Googlescholar, PsychInfo, or any other search engine you wish.
Your review article should help to answer your specific research question. You can select a published review in a peer-reviewed academic journal or a chapter in an edited academic book. You cannot use a textbook, popular book, or nonpeer-reviewed publication.
If you are not sure, ask your TA!
If you are unable to find a review article or edited chapter relevant to your research question, it is ok to use three empirical articles instead.
Read your review and take notes
Don try to fill out the worksheet yet! First, just read your article and take notes on anything you think is particularly important or that you don understand. You may need to re-read these sections or even do some investigation (e.g., Google It!) to figure it out. When you are done with Step 2, you should have a pretty good idea of what the review is about and what the main conclusions are.
STEP 3: Find TWO EMPIRICAL journal articles related to your specific research question
Both articles must be from a peer-reviewed academic journal. Dissertations and theses don count!
Both articles must be empirical (presenting new research). Meta-analyses do count.
I highly recommend that you choose articles using a college-aged sample if possible, so that itàeasier to make connections for your audience.

You may need to re-read sections or even do some investigation (e.g., Google It!) to figure it out. When you are done with Step 4, you should know what each article is about and what the main conclusions are. At this point, you should have a pretty good answer to your research question.
Complete the worksheet
Type your answers to each question on the worksheet based on your reading of your THREE sources. You will likely need only a few brief sentences to answer each question. You are welcome to use bullet-points, but please use full sentences. Be sure to fully answer each question.
