Description
1. Create a means of evaluation to judge the success or failure of your proposed project. In fewer than 250 words, describe a method of evaluation that speaks to the outcomes of a successful project. In this section, properly cite proven methods of evaluation of intended outcomes. If you are proposing something novel, explain why this is necessary and the basis for your new approach.

2. In 250 words or fewer, assess how you can continue to support the program once the funding cycle is complete. What is your path to post-funder financial stability, assuming that your proposal is successful? Will it be through more grants? Other kinds of fundraising? Non-charitable, earned income opportunities? Government funding? Something else entirely?
