completed. Employees within the age group 21-45 who
work at an organization with HR. The population is
relevant because this age group is usually primarily in their
working stage, furthermore small businesses/ medium
sized corporations and institutions will be targeted. Various
types of occupation will be targeted, in order to get wide
range of answers and opinions regarding their
engagement, and perspective of HR.
Inclusion/exclusion criteria (incl.
justification for exclusions):
ncluded are English speakers within the
age group 21-45. People who own a device
and have access to the online survey.
Employees who work in an organization
that has a HR department.
xcluded are employees, with no English
knowledge, no access to a device, HR
managers (Do not illuminate employee
satisfaction and engagement) and people
who don have a current job/occupation.
