The Chophouse will generate revenues from franchise licenses, royalty fees, and company-owned restaurants. The franchise industry has changed, shifting toward franchisors becoming providers of services and financing for franchisees in return for 8 percent of all gross receipts. In addition, a franchisor exercises much authority over franchisees. What do you see as the pluses and minuses of becoming a franchisee of “The Chophouse”?
