critical issues that the organization faced and detail the strategies employed
to mitigate them. All top managers are not successful. If the company you
choose employed failed strategies, detail the failure and analyze why it failed
and what may have been done to foster success. Slides should be discussed with

What was the most important thing leading to that success (or failure)? What
are the major challenges facing this company in the next five years? What are
your conclusions about the management based on your research? Reference Slide µ or more references in APA format listed in alphabetical order by authorÊlast name. Requirements: The project should be 15 slides. Pictures, diagrams,
and charts are encouraged (ex. Org charts, financials, stock performance, etc.)
but will not be counted towards the slide count of the project. A discussion of
the use of all 4 Principles of Management Concepts is required. The more
concepts used in the paper, the better. You should use and document at least
five sources. Sources are available from the business databases in the library.
You are encouraged to use as many library sources as possible. All sources must
be appropriately identified in your paper. You must follow APA rules for
documentation of sources and bibliography. Due date for the final project is
detailed on the syllabus and class outline.
