o Identification of research question(s) and/or objectives,
hypotheses (if appropriate)
o Identification of the relationship between the variables, and the

o Information on data sources, collection, and analysis methods
and procedures, and support the fitness of these methods
o Address issues of research ethics (consent, confidentiality, etc.),
validity, and reliability
o What specific research methods will be used (quantitative, qualitative,
mixed). Please be as specific as possible such as interviews, focus
groups,
survey questionnaires, etc.
Quantitative Research Design
The purpose of this assignment is to gain practice in designing a quantitative research project
appropriate for use in the research study for which you have identified the research
question(s) and have developed a literature review.
Your proposed research design may be either a survey study or an experimental study.
If you plan to do a survey study, then your research design section should at least include:
$iscussion about the purpose
)dentification of the population and sample (explain the details of your research
population and samples)
4he survey instruments to be used
4he relationship between the variables
4he research questions
3pecific items on the survey
3teps to be taken in the analysis and the interpretation of the data from the survey
or your survey questionnaire, you should specifically develop questions that can
answer your research questions. In this regard, you have to identify which question(s)
in your survey questionnaire answer each of your specific research questions.

If you plan to do an experimental study, then your research design section should at least
