The best option for this request would be AWS CloudFormation. AWS CloudFormation allows companies to create templates that define the resources required to construct and manage stacks. This includes resources such as EC2 instances, databases, and other services. Companies create, update, and delete stacks using CloudFront, supplemented by the allowance for automation of the entire process, making it easy to deploy resources across multiple regions for disaster recovery purposes.

CloudFront creates a unique standard template that can be applied to different infrastructure projects from one region to another. In addition, AWS CloudFront aids developing templates in JSON or YAML format, which can be used to provision and manage AWS resources such as EC2 instances, RDS databases, and Elastic Load Balancers. These templates are easily versioned and monitored, making it easy to roll back modifications and maintain consistency across different environments.

AWS Simple Workflow Service is designed to help manage and coordinate distributed applications, but there are better options for creating standard templates for disaster recovery purposes.

AWS Elastic Beanstalk streamlines the deployment and management of web applications. However, there are better alternatives for creating standard templates for disaster recovery purposes.

AWS OpsWorks enables users to manage their application lifecycle, but better-suited options exist for creating standard templates for disaster recovery purposes.

Concisely, AWS CloudFormation’s ability to model and provision infrastructure predictability and consistency, integrated with its template versioning capabilities, makes it a purposeful service for creating standard templates for moving a company’s infrastructure from one region to another for disaster recovery purposes (AWS, 2020).

With availability zone, it can be designed to automatically fail over between zones without pause or lost. On top of that, these zones are more available, fault tolerant, and scalable the traditional data center infrastructures. AWS Elastic Beanstalk manages and automates for the organization, this allowing you to take full advantage of tools it can offer. AWS CloudFormation allows you to redeploy infrastructure, configuration, and application to said recovery region. Not using services like infrastructure as code (IaC) can lead to longer recovery times and more errors. AWS OpsWork CM backup your data daily and allowing up to access that data incase of an emergency. One great aspect of AWS OpsWorks is the ability to add and configure cross-region so other account can access that same data. 

When it comes down to disaster recovery the importance leans more to up time and data recovery, during any unforeseen disaster such as power outages, natural disasters or security breaches.
