You will complete an exercise using a free online tracking system which will allow you to assess your current diet and physical activity levels. If you are already using a tracking system like Myfitnesspal to record your eating and activity levels, you can use that software for this assignment. If you currently do not use an online tracker, please set up a free account with Spark360. (n.d.). SparkAmerica: Get started. (https://portal.spark360.com/Account/SAEmail/0), FitDay.com. (n.d.). Fitday. (https://www.fitday.com/), Myfitnesspal. (n.d.). Good health starts with what you eat. (https://www.myfitnesspal.com/), or other similar free online products.
Enter 3 days of food AND 3 days of activity into your software application and provide a screenshot of each of these items in a Microsoft Word document. Macronutrients, micronutrients, foods themselves, etcán all be examples of items you can include as part of your screenshots as long as 3 days of eating and 3 days of activity have been tracked. You can use 3 days from the current unit for your screenshots, or you can use 3 days from the previous week to complete this document.
