Covid-19 Analysis Program
This project aims to solve the access and interpretation of raw covid-19 data. By having
this information the government can keep track of its progress in fighting covid-19. Countries
can use the information in making decisions to control the virus’s spread. People can use this
information to avoid traveling to countries with high infection rates.
It’s time consuming looking for data in a CSV file, especially for big data. For instance,
covid-19 world data. The project aims at making it easy for any user to access the information.
The program uses a CSV file and presents the data and information simply and comprehensively.
The user can easily get information about any country by selecting the desired country in a
search bar. After selecting the country’s name, the user can click on the search button below the
list box. After which, the interface is populated with the country’s information. The program does
not allow a user to make errors as the user uses the options provided to search for information.
How to start the application to perform analysis. Run the program file with your preferred
editor. A Tkinter graphical user interface pops up. Select the country and click the search
command button to get the covid-19 information of that country. Submit button pops up after a
successful search and saves the data to a csv file. The program warns the user of invalid input via
a text messagebox. Click the close button to close the window.
