projected future. Your profile should include information on the area as:

community; the extent to which the community is supportive; formal and

residents; prosperity and viability of local shops.
A political community 3ystems and structures of political representation and
local area management; the extent to which local people can influence
decisions that affect them; the degree of involvement in local decision making;
participation in community organizations;
A personal space 4he degree of attachment that people have to the local
area; memories and life experiences of local people.
A part of its city )nfrastructural, economic, and social linkages between the
local area and the city or district of which it is a part; the specific local identity
that differentiates the community from the rest of the area/district.
3. Finally, create an action plan for improving the quality of life of the
community. This action plan should identify issues, priorities, and actions to be
taken, it should also set goals and targets.

Your paper should be 10-12 pages double spaced.
For this paper, you must use 5-6 scholarly journal articles and references to
relevant theories/ perspectives of community development. In total, you
should have at least 10 references listed in your bibliography.

activities necessary for the strategy to succeed. Be critical: potential
challenges of implementation and how they could be overcome.
Conclusion – summarizes and explains how the profile was useful in the
community development process.
