You may not include your previously assigned microbe. For convenience, assignment peer pdfs are uploaded in a module in Canvas. These may help with source material, but do not plagiarize. 

When preparing your slides, you may consider the following:

Microbial group taxonomic name/affiliation

Unique structures or morphological features

Metabolic capabilities and diversity within the group

Interactions with / impacts on environment

Interactions with humans, animals, or plants (disease/health/microbiome/food)

Possible applications or methods of diagnosis and cure (if pathogenic)

Some unique information about you microbe
