conforming or not conforming to decisions you will face in your life and career.
You have examined three key skills: problem solving, relationship building, and self and social
awareness. These skills will help you to effectively examine information and consider different
perspectives when making decisions or collaborating with others. They will also help you keep your own
perspectives in check and acknowledge any bias that may cloud your decision-making.
