Implementing an EMR System
John Shea, the CEO of Worthington Healthcare System for 10 years, is starting to consider the next phase of the organization. This facility comprises a home health company, an ambulatory care service line, and hospitals.
John:
John’s goal is to enhance the system by engaging his employees and achieving

Unfortunately, there is a lack of efficiency, because each organization works independently for the most part.
Fiona Sinclair:
Fiona Sinclair’s assessment of the organization is that staff members lack the basic knowledge and training to implement the expectations of Mr. Shea.

Blake Snowden agrees with Ms. Sinclair’s assessment. He also states that WHS is currently a collection of individual entities competing against one another.
Training:
Fiona Sinclair and Blake Snowden are now in charge of centralizing training and
