Description
Use the Observation Details form to schedule an observation with your mentee.
Observe your mentee using the Observation Tool.
Mentor should complete “Look-Fors” before observation. (Use Module 2 Handout pages 34, 35 for examples)
Examples of completed tool can be found on Module 2 handout page 38.
