I’m working on a wellness discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
identify three (3) fitness or exercise misconceptions that you have come across, either from other people (friends, family, or strangers) or in the media and social media. This can include (but are not limited to) bogus fitness equipment claims, misconceptions about cardiorespiratory fitness or muscular size and strength, safety or effectiveness of a particular exercise, misconceptions about calorie expenditure and weight loss (please do not focus on dietary supplements) and partial truths that can be misleading to the typical consumer.
