Introduction
Give a brief description of the hotel in which your home country manager would be working.
This hotel must be an independent property or part of a local/country/regional chain (no huge
multi-nationals such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt or IHG). Smaller chains may be OK (please check
with your professor if you have questions). Please include the name (and brand, if applicable),
the location, the size, the amenities, the customers, and anything else about the company or
property you think someone unfamiliar with it should know. This should be an actual property
located within the country you have chosen. The city, property type, etc, are at your discretion.
This should be covered in one full page in single space (Not double)
Job Description and Employee Assessment Criteria
Include a job description for the position. This should be based on an actual management job
description and adapted as necessary for the property and location described in the introduction.
Explain the personal and professional qualifications an ideal candidate from the US should have.
Describe the compensation and benefits package the manager taking the position will receive.
This should be covered in two full pages in single space (Not double)
References and formatting should be recent in MLA format
