Secure an informational interview with a person working in a position, occupation, or career field of interest to you. The individual you select can not be a relative or close friend. Interviews may be conducted by phone, but in-person interviews are preferred. An exchange of emails does not constitute an informational interview.
Prepare a minimum of 8 questions to ask during the informational interview
Conduct your informational interview and complete the informational interview certification. Informational interview certifications must be signed by the interviewee. For phone interviews, you can complete the certification in 1 of 2 ways. 1. Scan and email the certification form to the interviewee to sign and email back to you or 2. Your interviewee can send you an email verifying your interview (email must include the intervieweeænbsp;professional signature).

position, occupation, graduate school or career field of interest to you. The individual you select should
not be a relative or close friend. Interviews may be conducted by phone, but in-person interviews are
