Both case studies in this weekàreading assignment were about how the company Air Liquide and the analytics expert Dean Abbott leveraged combined analytics methods to improve business outcomes (create competitive advantage, increase customer loyalty, reduce waste, optimize production schedules, and distribution, etc.).
