This is a data from a bank which has many customers (c1, c2, c3`and bank records balance in their
checking account at the beginning of the month. Bankbalance column is account balance and date is the
date when the balance is recorded.
Q1. Write a query to show customerid, account balance, date of balance, average balance of the
customer and average balance of all customers over entire period.
Q2. Write a query to create a unique integer row id for each row (customerid and date of balance).
