Wordy Paragraph: Please plan to be able to host at least 500 people from around the U.S at a
minimum. You will very likely need to hire professional advertising in order for this event to be
successful so we can properly market this conference to our target audience. Other tasks you will
need to consider to be successful are guest speakers, leadership workshop hosts and content, and
entertainment. We, need to keep our attendance costs for participants comparable to other
professional development conferences so be sure to research that as well. Please coordinate with
our leadership partners for choosing guest speakers and the workshops. We want our guests to
gain valuable leadership experience that they can take back to their companies. It is important for
them to find the conference beneficial and helpful. So, be sure to research to make sure you are
using the most current topics. We also want our guests to be able to come to our company in the
future for business consulting and development. Gaining future clients is a key component of the
purpose of holding the conference.
