Consulting Analysis

In this assignment you are expected to prepare a professionally formatted PowerPoint Deck.

• You have been hired as consultant to make recommendations based on the assigned case.
• The Analysis should include background information, alternatives courses of action, decision making criteria, recommended solution and implementation.
• The deck should answer the following key questions for the client.
• The analysis should use the concepts from the class and apply them correctly.

Research

• You should have multiple sources in addition to the case and text
• You are also expected to cite the textbook for this course. Include the page number from the text that you are referencing. 

State and explain the alternatives courses of action.
The question requires me to produce two(2) alternative courses of action. Weigh the pros ans cons of the two courses of action. For the recommendation, provide enough justification and enough details on the actual implementation.
Choose one of the courses of action solves the company’s problem and explain at least six(6) ways to implement the solution.
Create a slide for implementation timeline.

In the PowerPoint slide there should four(4) sections in the ‘Table of Content’. The Table of Content should contain four(4) sections in the Deck;

1. Recent Context
2. Evaluating the Options – Include Data in evaluation
3. Defining the Strategy – Include Data
4. Next Steps

Assignment also requires every slide to have a Title and a Headline.
