Start Microsoft PowerPoint. Open the presentation named skills_ppt04_grader_SR_Donations_AS.pptx. Save the presentation as Last_First_skills_ppt04_grader_SR_Donations_AS.

Move to Slide 2. In the content placeholder, insert a 3 column and 2 row table.

In the table, in the first cell in the first row, type Needs. In the first cell of the second row, type Coat and Clothing Drive and press TAB. Type Food Drive and press TAB. Type Monetary Donations.

Drag the bottom center border of the table straight down to the 2.5 inch mark below 0 on the vertical ruler.

In the Chart in Microsoft PowerPoint window, click cell B1. Type Value. In cell A2, type 2017. Press ENTER and type 2018. Press ENTER and type 2019. In cell B2, type $45,000. Press ENTER and type $23,000. Press ENTER and type $18,000. Point to the sizing handle in the lower right corner of cell D5 and drag up and to the left, so that only the range A1:B4 is selected. Release the mouse button. Close the Chart in Microsoft PowerPoint window. Delete the chart legend.

Move to Slide 4. In the content placeholder, insert a 3-D Pie chart. In cell B1, type Recipients. In cell A2, type Local Citizens. In cell A3, type Greater California Citizens. In cell A4, type Out of State. Delete the value in cell A5. In cell B2, type 51. In cell B3, type 39. In cell B4, type 10. Delete the value in cell B5. Resize the data range so that only A1:B4 are selected. Close the Chart in Microsoft PowerPoint window. Delete the chart title.

Still on Slide 4, remove the animation from the slide title.

Still on Slide 4, select the pie chart and add the Random Bars Entrance animation. Change the animation to Start With Previous and then add a 3 second delay.

Use the Animation Painter to copy the animation from the pie chart on Slide 4 to column chart on Slide 3 and to the bulleted list on Slide 5.

View the slide show. Insert a Header & Footer on all Notes and Handouts pages with the date, page number, and the footer text ppt04_a1Donations.
