practitioners, this second professional development journal offers the opportunity to
contemplate our developing understanding of those concepts and theories that have
been introduced. Sue & Sue (2019) remind us that multicultural competence in not only
an ongoing process (perhaps career long) but also requires an openness to challenges
to our ways of thinking and understanding.
Based on the material presented and related discussions from Modules 1-5, reflect on
your current impressions of the course and the material being considered and
