Liberty University DataTable Custom JS Table

Description

I need help building this table (attached). In the month’s section, I need to be able to click add a new row (but only the month and the input form that says “please enter dollar amount”) will be added just like the screenshot. The red button next to it is to delete the row.

Please program the months to have their id if possible, so whenever I click add a new row and November appears, it has its id. I only need 5 of these items, and the id’s can be November1, November 2, etc etc.
