International business case study
Description
You will be reading and analyzing a case studies from the Argentina and financial/currency stability. This case was written for advanced undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, and executive audiences. So they are quite challenging. They are very interdisciplinary case study in which you will draw on macro and micro-economics and social science coursework. You will be receiving a minimal set of questions that break the case down into several components to facilitate the analysis. Write a three page analysis of the case.
The case was chosen because they highlight the complex array of social, political, and economic variables that shape and mold a multitude of risks (political risk, economic risk, financial risk) inherent in doing business internationally. The case breadth provide a capstone function for the course. In closing, students must be prepared to take a position on whether or not to invest and do business in Argentina given the assembly of risks and opportunities as the basis for your decision.
