Write an Epilogue to ” The Cask of Amontillado”
Question Description
I’m working on a creative writing exercise and need a sample draft to help me learn.
Write an epilogue to ” The Cask of Amontillado” in which a case against Montresor comes to trial. In your epilogue, provide the prosecuting attorneyàclosing argument, reminding the jury of any evidence that proves Montresoràguilt. Then provide the defense attorneyàclosing argument and describe the juryàfinal verdict.
This epilogue must be at least 400 words, written in sentence/paragraph form. This is a creative writing class, so you can write it however you want BUT it must be extremely well-written and stay on topic (see above). It should be written in third-person. Read the story, attached, so that you can be sure your Epilogue makes sense.
