Parcelmonitor tracking system (Alqurshi,
2020).
The tracking system lets the clients track
their carriers and auto-detect the logistics
providers.
Besides, a regular update is given in the
system so that customers can see where
their product is.
This system is improving the web
experience of the company’s customers,
