Roleplay Scenario One
Scenario: You recognize a pattern in a front desk employee and see he is
unable to handle the stress when a long queue forms for check-in. His
attitude affects the guests and other agents are unable to do their job

Scenario: You receive many complaints about a team leader who does
not assign realistic expectations or fair teams with the necessary
members to complete a task. The team members come to you and
complain that they are often unaware of what is required of them, how
to complete it, or when it is needed. The lack of communication has
caused a former employee to move departments. How might you address
this with the team leader in a way that allows them to grow?

Scenario: One of your sales managers has steadily declined in her quota
of sales. You know she is struggling with some personal issues, but they
are now starting to affect her job performance. How might you share
psychological and coaching knowledge with her to help her improve?
