Final Reflection Paper (50 points total): The final reflection paper will be made up of questions from each Chapter, as well as reflective questions about leadership and your experience and understanding of the concepts we covered throughout the semester. This paper will be 3-5 pages in length, the final paper must be typed, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, and in 12-point Times New Roman font. All written assignments must be turned in via Canvas. Proofread all assignments, paying close attention to content, style, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I strongly recommend the paper is proofread at least TWO times including one outside reviewer. Regarding citation conventions, please use APA formatting.

Assignments turned in to your instructor should clearly be worthy of 300+ level work. As such, written work should follow the directions of the assignment, be complete, and appropriately cited (APA, 6th ed., 2010). A good paper has an introduction that prepares the reader by introducing the topic and stating an overall claim for the paper. Papers should also include subtitles to guide the reader. In addition, the paper should be well organized: providing paragraphs that explain and supply evidence for the claim the writer has made in the introduction. Each paragraph of support should include one and only one topic or idea in support of the claim, and each sentence in the paragraph should focus on explaining and/or providing evidence of that topic. The paper should conclude with a paragraph that includes a very brief summary of the argument and explains to the reader the significance of the argument. Finally, a good paper includes clear and grammatically competent sentences

1. Include an introduction, let me know what will you be discussing
2. Each of us has our own unique way of thinking about leadership. What leaders or people have influenced you in your thinking about leadership? Discuss what leadership means to you and give your definition of leadership.
3. As you reflect on your own leadership traits, do you think some of them are more ou!nd authentic than others? Have you always been the kind of leader you are today, or have your traits changed over time? Are you a stronger leader today than you were five years ago?
4. As a leader, how do you feel about disclosing your strengths to others? How do you react when others express their strengths to you?
5. If you were to try to strengthen your philosophy of leadership, what kinds of changes would you have to make in your assumptions about human nature and work?
6. How would you describe your own style in relation to task and relationship orientations? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
7. As we discussed in the last few weeks, effective visions can be articulated with strong symbols. How do you view yourself as being able to do this? Are you effective at generating language and symbols that can enhance a vision and help make it successful?
8. How did you react to the example in this chapter (pp. 167v8) of the service-learning group that developed cohesiveness? In what way do you think cohesiveness plays an important role in groups? Have you ever experienced cohesiveness in a group yourself? Discuss.
9. Do you think privilege is in any way related to how this person leads? Defend your answer.
10. Include a conclusion, wrap it with your main points from the body of the paper.
