         1. The workforce changed from skilled craftsmen to performers of monotonous tasks

Your instructor will be looking for you to be as thorough as the topic requires and space allows (a topic too large for the space should be pared down). In addition, your instructor will expect well supported assertions, well reasoned predictions, and obvious use of critical thinking skills.
