My environmental campaign was about Electric cars. It was designed for customers to go ahead and look at the environmental problems we are facing due to burning coal and oil and how much it brings pollution. Electric cars have become a new source that the population have invested in due to being environmental safe. I persuaded the audience to take a chance and educate ourselves into what we are buying and how we are helping the environment. I don’t own a electric car but if I were to educate myself on this topic a few years back before I bought my fuel gas car I would’ve thought about it twice. We face so many environmental issues today and if I were to switch into a product/ vehicle that is the same but environmental safe I would.

Designing an Ad Campaign about the Environment
1. Title of Environmental Campaign
Electric vehicles: a smart choice for the environment
2. The Environmental Issue Addressed in this Campaign
Air Pollution. This entails emissions from autos, industrial sources, and the expanding usage of
fossil fuels all contribute to air pollution. The earth’s temperature has risen because of gaseous
emissions. Additionally, it has raised people’s chances of developing ailments.
3. The Goal(s) of this Campaign
This campaign aims to raise awareness of the benefits of finding a way to stop the use of fossil
fuels in transportation. Another objective is to increase government involvement in promoting
environmentally beneficial actions and shift negative public perceptions away from electric cars.
4. Target Audience(s)
Local citizens and government officials.
5. Why I Chose this Target Audience(s)?
Americans were my choice since they tend to utilize cars more frequently than people from other
countries. They must, therefore, alter their viewpoints and embrace electric vehicles.
Additionally, government representatives are crucial in developing regulations that safeguard the
environment.
6. The Theory that Guides this Campaign
One of the theories that guide this campaign is the inadequacy of environmental awareness from
the media and the failure of the American government to take a leading role in initiating
environmental protective measures. Also, it is time to use electric cars to reduce air pollution.
7. The Resource(s) Needed to Launch this Campaign.
Newspaper or magazine articles.
Campaign videos.
Reports -thoroughly researched, with all the background facts about the campaign.
Leaflets, brochures, or factsheets.
8. How to Post-Test the Effectiveness of this Environmental Campaign?
One is by assessing the level of liking of the campaign. Secondly, examining the level at which
people understand the campaign message, and third, evaluating people’s attitude towards the
campaign and their intention.
