Moreover, the administrative staff and the employees who are working in the field have no means of
corporate communication solution that would increase mobility and productivity of the organization. As
a communication server/network specialist, you are expected to do the following tasks.
1. Suggest a private mail communication server for the Bin Yahya LLC.
2. Provide deployment plan for the mail server in alignment with the specific requirements of Bin
Yahya LLC.
3. You are expected to provide unified communication solution for Bin Yahya LLC for improved
mobility and productivity.
4. Provide live communication solution mechanism that would fulfil the requirements of the
company considering that many employees are working on the field most of the time.
5. Case study solution should include the solutions that are feasible in terms of expenditure and
students are expected to provide open-source alternatives for the applications and solutions
suggested.
6. Provide conclusion of case study and take-aways with extensive detail.
