Extend your brainstorming from Module 2 Informative Speech Topics by creating a visual that outlines your presentation. Consider the formal presentation outline you will submit in Module 3 and imagine how you might make your outline visual. You can use one of the previously mentioned presentation visualizations from the textbook, such as the Sparkline, or create your own unique visualization. Ideas might include SmartArt or WordArt in Microsoft Word or even hand-drawing a visualization of your speech on a piece of paper.
In your visualization, be sure to consider the main point of your informative presentation and the ideas you have to support that main point through stories, examples, personal experiences, and your outside research.
Creativity and individuality are important in this visualization activity. Think outside the box!
