Students will select a theory they feel works best for their 9pothetical program¦nbsp;Using the class

material as well as additional resources, students will create a programs promotion and adherence plan for
their program of choice. Your plan for your program may include multiple theories but must be primarily
based on one of those covered in the class.
For example, if you selected a yoga class, you would select a theory you feel works the best to use to
promote the program. Be specific about what you would do and how you would do it. You would then
use the same theory (or a different one) to explain how you would maintain adherence to this program.
Again, be specific about what you would do and how. Saying you would hand out flyers is generic. If you
are going to hand out flyers, explain where, when and how you are going to do this. Be clear on what
would be on the flyer and why. 

Do not use a program or team that has try outs. Do not use a league or organization with many programsin it unless you want to select one segment. You also may not use a program you have used for either ofthe first two assignments in this class (In my case, Zumba and Yoga classes) – you are to do the assignment as if you are creating a new potential program.
